Mentoring and Coaching

Part of my goal for this site includes helping others. I particularly want to help those who have typically been under-represented and ignored in our industry. These mentoring slots are open to anyone who wants to talk about enterprise software engineering careers, interviews, or any colleagues who've been affected by layoffs and want to vent. I'm starting off slow, but I hope to pick up more as time goes on.
